My name is Dieter Titz and I owned a Bed and Breakfast in Berlin for 20 years, which I managed successfully and with high reviews. Before that I worked for German travel agencys in different countries of the world.

In 2022 I handed my little hotel over to someone else to start anew in the beautiful region of Béziers.

From now on I am available to you with my many years of experience and will support you with all matters relating to your holiday property and your second home, such as: Conciergeri, guest care, cleaning, maintenance, renovation, repair and upkeep, garden care. I would also be happy to help you with your property search. I know the market and have contacts with a number of good real estate agents that also speak your language. I will also be available to translate with the agents, handymen or other contacts.
