My name is Dieter Titz. For 20 years, I owned and successfully managed a small, personal hotel in Berlin that garnered excellent reviews. Prior to that, I worked as a tour guide in various countries around the world.
In 2022, I handed over my hotel to new owners to start a new chapter in the beautiful Occitanie region.
I offer my extensive experience to assist you with all aspects of your holiday home or second residence—including guest services, cleaning, maintenance and upkeep, garden care, handyman tasks, and renovations. I am also happy to help you with your property search; I know the market well and have contacts with several reputable real estate agents.
I can assist with administrative matters, as well as hiring and communicating with tradespeople (including translation).
I serve the area around Béziers, including towns such as Agde, Vias, Valras-Plage, Sérignan, Cazouls-lès-Béziers, Capestang, and Pézenas.
I speak German, English, French, and Spanish.

In an emergency—or simply when you wish to grant someone access to your property—it is advantageous to have a trusted local contact who has access or can provide it.
This service is free of charge; you only pay when we take action on your behalf.
Care, maintenance, renovation, repairs
Every property experiences issues from time to time. I can help by cost-effectively handling basic care and maintenance tasks as well as minor repairs. For any work requiring specialists, I can manage the process according to your requirements.
Cleaning + maintenance of Air Conditions
Every air conditioning system needs to be cleaned from time to time.
I would be happy to take care of that for you.
Building inspections
During your absence, I will regularly visit and inspect your unoccupied property.
This ensures that the property remains safe and secure and that you are notified as quickly as possible should any issues arise.
I will visit and inspect your property at the frequency you prefer—whether weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on an ad-hoc basis. You alone decide how often this should take place.
After each visit, I will provide you with a report confirming that everything is in order or informing you of any issues that have arisen and require decisions to be made.
Assistance, translation, property search
I am familiar with the real estate market in the Béziers area and have contacts with good real estate agents; I would be happy to assist you in your search by acting as an advisor and/or translator.
Administrative assistance
I can help you with communication with authorities, insurance companies, re-registering your car in France, and similar administrative tasks.
